Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation by ROR Masterpieces

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
